concessions Red Eléctrica del Norte S.A. (REDENOR), in which we hold a 70% share capital, Red
Eléctrica del Norte 2 S.A (REDENOR 2), and Transmisora Eléctrica del Norte S.A (TEN), with a
50% share capital.
